This Privacy Policy describes how AssetFlow.ai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AssetFlow," "we") handles information in connection with assetflow.ai (the "Site").

1. What we collect.

• Information you send us. The Site's contact links open your own email client; if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We use it to respond and, if you request product information, to follow up about the Brand Discovery Index.
• Technical data. The Site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to deliver and secure the Site. We do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. Cloudflare's processing is described in Cloudflare's own privacy documentation.

2. What we don't do. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; we do not buy contact lists through the Site; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the Site is not directed to them.

3. How we use and share information. Email correspondence is used for business communication with you. We share personal information only with service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare, our email provider), when required by law, or in a business transfer, and in each case only as needed.

4. Business contact data outside the Site. If we contact you by email about the Brand Discovery Index, your business contact details came from professional sources (e.g., public professional profiles). Every such email identifies us, includes a postal address, and honors unsubscribe requests immediately (CAN-SPAM). Reply "unsubscribe" and you will not hear from us again.

5. Retention & security. Correspondence is retained as ordinary business records and protected by commercially reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

6. Your rights. Depending on your residence you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA, EU/UK GDPR for any EEA visitors). Email [email protected] and we will honor verified requests; we do not discriminate for exercising rights.

7. Changes. We may update this Policy; the effective date above changes when we do. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
