These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of assetflow.ai (the "Site"), operated by AssetFlow.ai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("AssetFlow," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational only; no investment advice. The Site describes the Brand Discovery Index, a commercial data product. Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; a recommendation of any security, strategy, or transaction; or an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Statistics shown are historical or hypothetical analyses of the data product, not the performance of any account, and past results do not indicate future results.

2. No offer of advisory services. The Site is not an advertisement for investment-advisory services and does not offer any pooled investment vehicle.

3. Intellectual property. The Site and its content — including the Brand Discovery Index methodology, data, text, graphics, and marks — are the property of AssetFlow or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your internal evaluation; you may not scrape, harvest, reproduce, redistribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content, or use automated means to extract data, without our prior written consent. Commercial use of the Brand Discovery Index requires a written license agreement.

4. Third-party marks. Taking Stock With Teens® is a registered trademark of Piper Sandler & Co. AssetFlow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by Piper Sandler & Co. or any of its affiliates; references to the survey are solely for benchmarking and identification purposes. All other third-party marks belong to their owners; no affiliation is implied.

5. No warranties. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSETFLOW IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE; OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

7. Links & communications. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content. Unsolicited ideas or materials submitted through the Site are non-confidential.

8. Changes; termination. We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time; continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law; venue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts rules; exclusive venue in the courts located in Wyoming.
